How Røky Training collects, uses and stores personal data, and how you can access, correct or delete it.

Who is responsible
Røky Training is the data controller for this site. Write to info@rokytraining.com with any question about your data, including a request for our postal address.
What we collect
If you join the beta: your email, and optionally your name and your home gym or crag. If you write to collaborate: your email, name, roles, location, a portfolio link and your message. In both cases we also store the time, the page language, and a salted one-way hash of your IP address — the hash lets us stop abuse without keeping the address itself. If you accept analytics, the tools below collect usage data.
Why we are allowed to
Consent, in every case (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You provide it by ticking the box on a form or by accepting cookies, and you may withdraw it at any time without giving a reason. We retain a record of what you agreed to and when, as Art. 7(1) requires that consent be demonstrable.
How long we keep it
Beta and collaborator records are retained until the beta programme ends or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Analytics data expires on the schedules above. We delete personal data on request — no retention period takes precedence over that.
Who else sees it
Google (Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity) if you accept them, and Google Firebase, which stores the form submissions. All three process data outside the EU, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format. Write to info@rokytraining.com and we will respond within one month. If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Cookies
One cookie is always set: the one that records your choice here. The others are set only if you allow them.

Change your mind
You can reopen these choices at any time. Disabling a category also deletes the cookies it has set and reloads the page, so processing stops immediately rather than at the end of the session.
